the entire hotel.Responsible for making and installing wooden fixtures and fittings.To ensure that all wood furniture's are in good condition in the hotelTo repair all furniture damageEnsure that the work is as per the specification and standardKnowledgeable and handling of all building equipment, machines and toolsAware of safety precautions and procedures as this involve risk like work on high levels etc.Ensure that work done is as per plan and within the specified time frameKeep workshop clean according to rules and regulations as best practiceMinimise waste of material and select correct material from the storeTo complete work orders, Clean your place of work before leavingTo organise work in a skilled and professional mannerHard skillsSoft skillsGood to knowGoals & Performance Metrics:You will undergo a probationary period of THREE (3) MONTHS as from the date of commencement of employment. After having successfully completed the probationary period you will be confirmed in your post.N+1 Management Style:There is a consultative management style.
