- Monitor project progress (e.g., work status, requirements, velocity,, cost, budget, quality, risks and other specific project KPIs or dashboards)
- Apply project management best practices to bring projects to successful completion
- Prepare and present project management artefacts
- Set-up & preparation of meetings including results documentation
- Prepare (raw) data for reporting purposes, execute (standard) project reports, develop/establish new reports and executive summaries based on project needs
- Execute (ad-hoc) research activities and present results to project team members
- Setup and maintain of collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams) and ensure access of all project members
- Analyze customer needs and develop innovative concepts to meet customers’ expectations
- Participate in problem-solving activities & conflict resolution
- Lead project delivery through project management best practices
- Lead team members / Juniors
- Degree in Project Management/Business Administration/IT Service Management or any other relevant educational background with exposure to project management
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in a project management or consulting environment
- Project management or consulting experience, including on project steering and governance (agile and classic methodologies)
- Open to work on various project types (IT Transformation, Regulatory, Business, , Insurance, Organizational and Operational Excellence, Finance) to extend knowledge base and soft skills.
- Proficient use of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Teams)
- Experience in reporting (tools, processes, templates)
- Ability to prioritize, estimate time requirements and meet deadlines
- High motivation to manage and finalize tasks in a complex environment
- Able to work efficiently in global teams & support junior team members

- Professional experience in insurance industry is a plus
- Possession or target to obtain one of the following certification(s) is a plus: CAPM, PMP, Agile methodology-relevant certifications
