- Manage the full procurement function across all departments.
- Manage the full purchasing cycle, including supplier sourcing, quotation management, and market surveys.
- Oversee daily purchasing operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and standard procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure favourable terms and reliable delivery performance.
- Supervise and guide the purchasing team to ensure accurate and timely procurement processes.
- Work closely with the Cost Controller to monitor inventory levels and drive cost-efficiency initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to optimise pricing and overall value.
- Manage import and customs procedures for international procurement needs.
- Work closely with department heads and the finance team to align purchasing activities with operational requirements.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement of procurement practices.
- A degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CPM or CPSM considered an advantage.
- At least 4 years of purchasing experience, preferably within a large organisation or a 5-star hotel/resort environment.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Solid knowledge of procurement standards , market research, contract management, and compliance requirements.
- Proven management capabilities with experience supervising high-performance teams.
- Ability to work jointly with cross-functional departments and maintain strong internal and external partnerships.
