About the rolePosition OverviewThe selected candidate will join a team of highly skilled Senior Technical Leads supporting a major French client.This role requires a broad set of technical skills, including solution design, requirements definition, proposal development, and implementation. The Senior Technical Lead must be autonomous, capable of managing and executing projects independently, and proactive in approach.The role also requires strong collaboration across multiple teams within Orange and the client’s organization, acting as a trusted point of reference for the client.Key ResponsibilitiesEngineer:Design, implement, and deliver technical solutions; respect commitments, deadlines, and SLAs.Track project progress, provide updates to management, and ensure compliance with standards.Develop and invent solutions, leverage available tools, propose or develop new tools as needed.Assess and ensure maintainability of IT infrastructure.Technical Leader:Guide operational teams on technical matters, incident and change management, and best practices.Train, mentor, and engage teams, fostering technical excellence.Oversee system architecture design and specifications to ensure optimal performance and security.Act as a security leader in collaboration with Orange Business and client security teams.Promote Orange Business Services’ vision and standards.Proactive Contributor:Initiate, guide, and oversee IT infrastructure improvements and key client projects.Deliver high-performance, secure, and scalable IT solutions.Conduct technology watch and recommend IT strategies, procedures, and automation initiatives aligned with organizational and client objectives.Ensure client satisfaction while optimizing service quality.Advisor:Serve as a trusted advisor for the client and Orange operational teams.Resolve conflicts constructively and maintain a calm, professional approach.
