Job Description:HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGERReports To: General ManagerJob Summary:Our client a leading local brand affiliated with an international group, is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Human Resource Manager. In this 360° role, you will lead HR operations across retail stores, head office, and production teams, driving both strategic initiatives and day-to-day HR operations. You will manage workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and compliance with local labour laws and Group standards, while shaping a positive, high-performance organisational culture.Key Responsibilities:HR Operations & Workforce Management:· Oversee daily HR operations across retail stores, head office and production team,manage the HR team, support store workforce planning, coordinate replacements, and update any changes, attendance, leave management, and ensure accurate HR reporting and data management.Talent Management:· Lead high-volume recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning in line with retail needs, working closely with line managers to anticipate staffing requirements.Performance Management:· Implement and manage performance management systems aligned with retail KPIs, support managers in appraisals, coaching, and promoting a performance-driven culture.Compensation & Benefits:· Manage compensation structures, incentives, payroll coordination, benefits, andemployee recognition programs, ensuring fair and competitive practices.Learning & Development:· Identify training needs and implement induction, sales, customer service, productknowledge, and leadership development programs.Employee Relations & Engagement:· Act as a key HR partner for employee relations matters, manage disciplinary andgrievance cases, and drive engagement initiatives to improve retention and morale.HR Policies & Compliance:· Develop and ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, audits, and statutoryrequirements in accordance with the Group's Policies. Act as the local HR point of contact for Group audits, controls, and compliance matters.Health, Safety & Wellbeing:· Support health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives and ensure compliance withoccupational health and safety regulations.Profile of the candidate:· Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field.· Minimum 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including a managerial role, withsignificant exposure to retail or multi-site operations.· Strong knowledge of labour laws, disciplinary procedures, and retail workforce practices.· Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.· Strong IT skills (HRIS, Payroll systems, Excel).· Excellent strategic thinking & planning skills with the ability to interact across allorganizational levels.· Strong leadership skills, decision-making skills and people management skills.· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple business aspects simultaneously.· Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.· High level of organization, autonomy, integrity, confidentiality and attention to details.· Ability to manage change and influence stakeholders.· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to be an active· listener.· Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken).· Holder of a valid licence.Proactive Talent Solutions reserves the right:To call only the shortlisted candidates for interview.Not to make any appointment following this advertisement nor to assign any reason whatsoever for accepting or rejecting any candidate.
