Key responsibilities
  • Tackle non-customer facing alerting tickets, including those related to security, servers, and backups, with swift and effective responses.
  • Proactively monitor client environments to prevent service disruptions before they occur.
  • Regularly update and enhance client systems to protect against vulnerabilities and ensure peak performance.
  • Implement new features and policies that elevate the security and functionality of our clients' IT environments.
  • Manage and optimise the Modern Workplace and Public Cloud setups for our clients.
