Are you ready to join us?About the role:As Partner Management Admin Support, you are a key enabler within our International Presales organisation. You support our Partner Management and Presales teams by ensuring partner information, documentation, and processes are accurate, structured, and reliable.You collaborate daily with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and contribute directly to the quality of sales proposals and partner cooperation in an international context. This role offers strong exposure to commercial processes and cross-border collaboration.Which tasks can you expect?Partner Management supportMaintain and track updates to the partner matrix and KPI overviewsEnsure correct storage and administration of Work Orders and Change RequestsPrepare and maintain standard templates and service cataloguesUse Salesforce to maintain data quality and produce relevant reportsPresales supportMaintain the partner library/repository and ensure information is up to datePerform annual reviews to validate the accuracy of partner dataAnswer questions related to partner scope and service offeringsSales proposal & bid supportSupport partner-related inputs for RFIs and RFPsCoordinate with partners on non-standard service requests and ad hoc pricingAct as a link between Partner Management, Sales, Bid Office, KAMs and Commercial FinanceWhat do you have to offer?Experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role, ideally in a commercial, presales, or partner-driven environmentStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work smoothly across teams and culturesClear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)Solid knowledge of ExcelHands-on experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM tools) would be an advantageA structured working style with strong attention to detailComfort working in an international and dynamic environmentAvailability at short notice or immediately is a plusWhat do we have to offer?Leaves: all types of leave granted from day 1 (annual leave, study leave, maternity/paternity leave, wedding leave, compassionate leave).
