- Management & delivery of all mobility services included in customer contracts. - Service Management / Ontime implementation /Pro-active planning/ Orderbook Management
- Implementation, maintenance and upgrade of mobility reporting services to customers using multiple tools and multiple skills to present high value analytical and quality reporting. - Quality Management / Project Management / Orderbook Management.
- Translate stakeholders requirements into reporting deliverables and assisting in setting up dashboard and performance metrics. - Orderbook Management / Project Management
- Ensuring timely planning and delivery of all scheduled reports to different stakeholders while ensuring quality and resource availability. - Pro-active planning/ Orderbook Management
- Develop and maintain reporting capabilities for Mobilie Expense Management and Device Management as well as acquire expertise in Bid Management related reporting activities. - Service Management / Ontime implementation.
- Good understanding of mobile technologies

- Degree in IT/ Business/Management/Administrative or related field
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Access.
