OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. Your primary role will be to design, develop, and implement automated testing solutions that ensure the quality and functionality of our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold engineering excellence, drive improvements in testing practices, and contribute to the rapid delivery of high-quality solutions.Responsibilities1. Automation Framework Development:
○ Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable test automation
frameworks.
○ Develop automated test scripts for regression, functional, performance, and API
testing.
2. Quality Assurance and Testing:
○ Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to identify test
requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
○ Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects, ensuring prompt
rectification.
○ Engage in manual testing practices such as exploratory testing
3. Continuous Improvement:
○ Work with the team to establish best practices for test automation and quality
assurance.
○ Stay updated on industry trends and emerging testing technologies, recommending
tools or practices for adoption.
4. Integration and Collaboration:
○ Integrate automated testing processes into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure fast and
reliable deployment cycles.
○ Participate in agile ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives to align on
testing objectives and priorities.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
○ Document test plans, test cases, and test results, providing detailed reports to
stakeholders on test coverage, defects, and testing effectiveness.○ Ensure that documentation is kept up to date and is accessible to team members and stakeholders.
6. Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing:
○ Mentor team members on automation best practices and techniques.
○ Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote a culture of quality and
automation within the team.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in QA automation and software testing.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript for automation

purposes. * Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, Jest, Cypress,JMeter, ...) and frameworks. * Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience in an agile team

environment.
