- Ensure the control, compliance, and entry of contractual elements related to Cloud offers sold autonomously in order to streamline the sales process and remove any administrative barriers.
- Verify the completeness and compliance of the contractual package (contract, purchase order, quotation).
- Ensure compliance with eligibility conditions for autonomous sales (technological scope, market segment, relevant products).
- Confirm that purchase orders and contracts are properly validated and countersigned by the DSF Sales Director.
- Identify missing documents or anomalies and follow up with the relevant stakeholders.
- Accurately input contractual information into the Contracts tool.
- Update and monitor internal administrative files.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of entered data.
- Guarantee compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with sales, management, and legal teams to streamline case processing.
- Contribute to reducing administrative processing times.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Produce control reports (compliance rate, types of anomalies, processing times).
- Participate in internal control reviews when necessary to ensure contractual data compliance.
- Propose corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with sales teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in IT tools (an asset).
- Good understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes.
- Knowledge of the telecommunications sector.
- Proactive approach in handling requests.

- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree (IT, Engineering, or BSc).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in back-office operations, contract document management, and customer relationship management.
