- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks under supervision of Senior Administrators/Team Leader.
- Provide assistance in organising board meetings and performing secretarial works.
- Processing payments and trades, and performing checks and verifications in line with the internal payment process
- Liaison with local and foreign banks, service providers, local and overseas regulators/authorities.
- Prepare various forms/letters, including statutory forms, bank account opening forms and regulatory correspondences
- Ensure that all documents are correctly filed, and up-to-date information/data are reflected on internal systems.
- Previous experience in the administrative function, good understanding of the regulatory framework in Mauritius, including corporate and AML laws
- Good communication and organisational skills to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent MS office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to deal with multiple tasks requested at the same time
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritise
- Ability to solve problems and work independently and as member of a team
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with a professional services firm; and
- Partly Qualified ICSA or a degree in Law, Management, Economics and Finance
