Senior Solution Designer - Scrum Master - Treasury

- Take ownership of key treasury applications such as Décaissement, Encaissement-Mandat, Déclic, Enclic, Mandat, TRAX, and ensure the stability and evolution of the ecosystem.
- Provide functional expertise and support to business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Oversee the design of new features, working closely with developers across Mainframe, ETL, and Java technologies.
- Manage incident resolution (Level 2 support) and ensure quality delivery of fixes and enhancements.
- Lead end-to-end process design, from requirements gathering to solution implementation.
- Contribute to ESB exit strategy and ensure alignment with target architecture.
- Act as Security Champion, ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices.
- Organize and execute knowledge transfer sessions to ensure business and technical continuity.
- Break down business needs into Epics and User Stories, drive functional testing, and contribute to test strategy.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including user guides, process documentation, and change management materials.
- Facilitate and animate workshops, working collaboratively with design, development, and QA teams.
- Perform in-depth analysis of payment incidents and coordinate resolution actions.
- Oversee RUN activities for ATP flows, including:
Bank transfers
File retrieval and processing * Manage and optimize incoming payment flows (cash-in management).Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong background in functional design and business analysis in a treasury or financial environment.
- Ability to collect, challenge, and structure business needs, identifying high-value functionalities and non-functional requirements.
- Experience with end-to-end process modelling and interpretation of data models.
- Strong documentation skills and the ability to synthesize complex information clearly.
- Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and interact with various stakeholders across the delivery chain.
- Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow.
- Solid understanding of Scrum methodologies and experience in agile ceremonies.
- Ability to communicate clearly and adjust messaging to different levels of stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Rigor, reliability, and ability to work autonomously.
- A strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to dive deep into technical and functional topics when needed.
- Act as Scrum Master for the team:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Retrospective).
- Ensure Agile best practices are applied and continuously improved.
- Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization.
- Remove impediments and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
- Promote transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage and monitor the team capacity plan (plan de charge).
- Maintain and update the team skills matrix (competency matrix).
- Ensure proper workload distribution and alignment with priorities.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (IT, business, partners, treasury, security).
- Provide clear reporting, structured synthesis, and decision-making support to management.
- Drive overall coordination and delivery governance.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in solution design, financial systems, or IT delivery roles.
- Scrum Master certification is a plus.
