- Manage corporate secretarial matters of varying complexity, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices;
- Prepare and coordinate board and general meetings, including documentation, minutes, and resolutions;
- Draft and maintain corporate governance documentation, agreements, and statutory records;
- Oversee compliance-related matters including UBO identification, regulatory filings, and chamber of commerce registrations;
- Process corporate transactions including capital contributions, dividend distributions, bank account management, and related administrative functions.
- Degree holder and/or related Professional qualification
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Corporate Administration and Secretarial matters
