Job Description Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing emails, calls and correspondence with clients, suppliers and internal team.
  • Scheduling meetings, appointments and inspections and coordinating all parties.
  • Handling office operations including supplies, equipment and filing systems.
  • Supporting invoicing, payment tracking, expenses and coordination with the accounting department.
  • Assisting clients with inquiries, onboarding and service updates.
Job Requirements Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum HSC; Diploma in Administration/Business preferred
  • 1–3 years’ experience in admin, reception or customer service
Knowledge, Skills and Attitude
  • Good telephone communication etiquette.
  • Calm and pleasant personality.
  • Courteous and respectful attitude.
  • Good verbal and written communication in both English and French.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Attention to detail
