- Leading international Destination Management Company based in Mauritius.
- Senior Finance role with international exposure.
- Leading the full finance function, ensuring accurate management reporting, statutory compliance, and alignment with group accounting standards.
- Managing cash flow, treasury, and working capital in a high-volume, multi-currency environment.
- Overseeing revenue, margin, and cost control, working closely with operations to ensure accurate billing and profitability analysis.
- Supervising accounts receivable and payable activities, including credit control, supplier payments, and reconciliations.
- Driving budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and providing commercial insights to support management decision-making.
- Improving finance systems and processes, supporting automation, reporting efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or similar senior finance role.
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, cash-flow management, budgeting, and compliance.
- Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments, ideally within tourism, hospitality, travel, or comparable industries.
- Solid understanding of multi-currency operations and group reporting requirements.
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to manage and develop finance teams.
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; ACCA qualification is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders across local and international teams.
