Job DescriptionEnter and update financial data into accounting systemsRecord supplier invoices, purchase orders, and payment detailsAssist in preparing payment vouchers and cheque processingUpdate accounts payable and accounts receivable recordsReconcile invoices with delivery notes and purchase ordersMaintain accurate filing of financial documents (digital and physical)Assist with payroll data entry (timesheets, overtime records)Prepare basic financial reports as requestedSupport the Finance Manager and Accounts team with administrative tasksEnsure confidentiality of financial informationJob RequirementsMinimum SC/HSC or equivalent qualificationDiploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (an advantage)Previous experience in data entry or accounting support preferredBasic knowledge of accounting principlesProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelGood typing speed and high level of accuracyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsGood communication skillsAbout AKGM Contracting LTDDevelopment of building projects for sale (Land Promoter & Property Developper).
