The company distributes its products across multiple West African countries, relying on four distribution subsidiaries in Africa.Job DescriptionGroup General Accounting and Closing
Produce and secure monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings for the Group perimeter
Ensure the reliability of accounts, inventory entries, and variance analyses
Prepare Group financial statements and supporting documentation for consolidation
Harmonization and Structuring of Accounting Practices
Define, formalize, and deploy Group accounting procedures; harmonize accounting methods, charts of accounts, and management rules across subsidiaries
Lead and support subsidiary accounting managers in their day-to-day activities
Supervise intercompany transactions and ensure proper reconciliation
Continuously improve accounting processes, tools, and internal controls
Treasury
Consolidate cash positions at Group level
Process and validate bank transfers
Taxation and Compliance
Supervise tax and regulatory obligations in coordination with subsidiaries and local advisors
Secure tax flows and related accounting treatments
Contribute to the management of audits, tax inspections, and compliance reviews
Growth Support and Projects
Contribute to the creation and accounting structuring of new subsidiaries
Participate in cross-functional Group projects (ERP implementation, reporting, financial organization)
Work closely with Controlling/Management Control to support performance monitoring
