Key responsibilities1. Secretarial work such as filing, attending to emails etc.2. Answers phone calls and redirects them when necessary3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to speak English and French fluently (mandatory).4. Invoicing, drafting5. Prepare list of monthly payments6. Prepare payment vouchers7. Liaising with the accountant and other administrations on behalf of the director8.   • HSC
  • Good command of English and French (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability and willingness to learn
  • Able to work in a team
  • Reporting Skills and Administrative Writing Skills
