- Coordinate strategic and operational initiatives across Allianz Services, ensuring clear plans, milestones, owners, and follow-up actions
- Maintain PMO governance standards, including project plans, action trackers, risk logs, status reporting, and steering materials
- Support transformation initiatives, operating model enhancements, and process optimization across functions
- Prepare dashboards, KPI reports, executive summaries, and presentation materials for leadership visibility and decision-making
- Facilitate workshops, governance forums, and stakeholder follow-ups to drive execution and resolve dependencies
- Support the implementation of digital and operational projects, ensuring readiness, documentation, communication, and adoption
- Develop and maintain process documentation, operating guidelines, and roles and responsibilities matrices (e.g., RACI)
- Contribute to change management activities, including communication planning, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Project Management, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is an advantage
- Relevant experience in PMO, project management, transformation, strategy, consulting, or operational support roles
- Proven exposure to cross-functional initiatives, strategic planning, digital implementation, process formalization, and performance reporting
- Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of Power BI, SharePoint, SAP, or Workday is an advantage
- Fluent English and French required
