Key responsibilities
  • Ensure that all the family members of the hotel are well versed with the food hygiene of the hotel.
  • Conduct Training with respect to quality systems
  • Identify training needs with regards to food hygiene systems, and communicate to the HR Manager for follow up
  • Ensure proper grooming and uniforms as per the quality standards of the hotel
  • Ensure that all new family members are inducted into the requirements of the food hygiene system related to their own roles and responsibilities. Provide updated training as necessary
  • Interpret and implement food hygiene systems in the hotel to ensure quality service to guest.
  • Writes quality policies, procedures and standard operating procedures
  • Maintain the documentation (policies, standard operating procedures), and records of the quality system of the hotel.
  • Review the food hygiene systems with the support of the Executive Chef for continual improvement.
  • Conduct on spot quality verifications.
  • Conduct data analysis of the different systems for continual improvement
  • Ensure that all suppliers used by the organization are selected, evaluated and re evaluated and that records of this assessment are maintained.

Work condition:Working Monday to Saturday 8h00-16h00 .
