- Handle employee HR queries in collaboration with relevant HR functions
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Work as a strategic partner with business divisions to conceptualize and execute Org. level and division level people processes, initiatives to build a strong Org. culture
- Coordinate employee clearance with Finance, IT, and other stakeholders
- Provide HR support on employee relations, talent practices, and people-related matters
- Prepare and process termination and legal documentation, including warning letters and severance agreements
- Support HRBPs in analyzing HR data, trends, and metrics to recommend solutions
- Bring in industry best practices in executing HR strategy
- Assist with People & Culture administration and support Strategic Workforce Planning initiatives
- 3- 4 years of experience in HR function, with a focus on employee relations and offboarding
- Graduate in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Good knowledge of labor laws, benefits, data privacy, and industry people practices
- Strong team player and eager to learn new skills and concepts
- You enjoy what you do and you like to think outside the box
- Fast learner to adapt quickly in a hybrid environment
- Passionate in adopting to changes & modern technology
- Open-minded, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Assertive and dynamic with high energy level, strong HR concepts and good executioner skills
