Job Description:Our client, a leading insurance solutions provider is looking for a Company Secretarial Officer.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESReporting to the Company Secretarial Coordinator/Corporate Governance Lead, duties include:1. Assist in ensuring compliance with Companies Act and financial laws2. Ensuring timely statutory filings with Registrar of Companies and other regulatory bodies3. Keeping proper statutory records4. Drafting resolutions and reports for Board5. Assist in maintaining proper corporate governance6. Liaising with all regulatory bodies7. Keeping proper CDD documents on Officers, shareholders and UBOs8. Perform any other relevant administrative dutiesRequirements:PROFILE1. Degree in Management/Law/any related field or studying towards a professional qualification2. At least 2 years' experience in a similar position3. Knowledge of Companies Act4. Familiar with the financial services industry5. Conversant with the online filing system of the Registrar of Companies6. Good interpersonal and communication skills7.
