- Handle incoming calls and assist customers with their queries, requests, or issues.
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to customers.
- Conduct outbound calls when required, including follow‑ups on pending information or documents.
- Manage challenging or dissatisfied customers professionally and maintain a positive brand image.
- Perform back‑office tasks such as processing requests, updating records, and validating documents.
- Apply customer service procedures and ensure adherence to internal guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable.
- Good listening and problem‑solving skills, with a strong sense of teamwork.
- Ability to handle pressure and adapt to different customer situations.
- SC / HSC / Bac or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Monday to Friday
- Shifts aligned with European time zones (Winter/Summer):
- 10:00–19:30
- 10:30–20:00
- 11:00–20:00
- 11:30–21:00
- Spanish or Italian or German (minimum Delf B1 level)
