- Improve scheduling and planning processes to meet daily capacity requirements.
- Serve as the first point of contact for operations, ensuring all work patterns are accurate and schedules are delivered promptly.
- Collaborate with cross -functional teams to align workforce strategies with business objectives.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of workforce management tools and technologies.
- Analyse workforce data, including forecast, staffing levels, scheduling, and performance metrics.
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement in Scheduling .
- Mastering Verint functionalities to develop WFM skills .
- Provide training and support for the adoption of new technologies like Verint/Storm .
- Optimize scheduling processes to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing costs.
- Advise on strategies for balancing workload and workforce capacity.
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively proactively to sustain the QS levels .
- (Generative) Artificial Intelligence or GenAI or AI
- 1-5 years of experience in workforce related job profile
- Knowledge in Statistical analysis
- Knowledge of WFM tools
- Data Analytical skills
- Expertise on Excel dashboards
- General School certificate or equivalent in related field
- Comfortable in late night and weekend shifts
- Good interpersonal skills, operating as part of a team, participating, collaborating with team members on projects
- Strong verbal and written communication Skills
- Proven experience in workforce management consulting or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross -functional teams.
- Fluency in English and French
