- Assist the Financial Controller in overseeing the day-to-day management of the Finance Department.
- Supervise key accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Income Audit, and General Ledger.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure appropriate financial controls are in place.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to budgeting processes and cost-control initiatives across the property.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
- Liaise with banks, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Provide guidance to finance team members to ensure high-quality work output.
- A Diploma or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CA/CPA qualification considered an advantage.
- 3-5 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role.
- Experience within a large international hotel or resort environment is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, and internal controls.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to supervise and develop team members.
- Strong social skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
