You will manage a broad range of investor related processes and act as a key point of contact for clients and investors.What you will do

You'll manage the full transfer agency process including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, trade processing and investor reporting
You'll communicate daily with clients and investors and handle all investor instructions with accuracy and timely delivery
You'll ensure compliance with FATCA, CRS, Customer Due Diligence and approvals for Omnibus Accounts and Politically Exposed Persons
You'll provide accurate and up to date investor information, registers and reports to Accounting and Company Secretarial teams
You'll identify and escalate potential client issues, maintain strong information security practices and support ongoing operational planning

QualificationsAbout You

You have proven experience in transfer agency operations, investor services or fund administration
You have strong understanding of regulatory requirements including FATCA, CRS and Customer Due Diligence
You have excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client and investor relationships
You have high attention to detail with strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities
You are proficient in investor reporting systems and comfort working in a deadline‑driven environment
