– Conduct active field prospecting (site visits, cold calls, networking)
– Identify client needs in maintenance, technical services, and construction works
– Prepare and follow up on quotations in collaboration with the technical team
– Negotiate and close deals (maintenance contracts, projects, interventions)
– Maintain strong client relationships and ensure long-term retention
– Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

- Build a qualified pipeline of prospects
- Conduct at least 15-20 client meetings per month
- Generate and follow up on quotations consistently
- Secure first contractsMid-term (3-6 months):
- Close 2 to 5 new clients per month
- Develop recurring contracts (maintenance / service agreements)
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Build a strong and sustainable client portfolioPerformance is measured based on:
- Number of new clients acquired
- Revenue generated
- Conversion rate (prospects to clients)
