- Prepare end-to-end shipment costings and quotations for international air freight and sea freight (import/export).
- Request, negotiate, and maintain rates with carriers, consolidators, agents, and other logistics service providers.
- Manage rate system, validity periods, surcharges, and pricing updates to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
- Ensure correct application and interpretation of Incoterms when building estimates and advising internal stakeholders.
- Analyse pricing structures to support market competitiveness.
- Coordinate with operations, customer service, and sales teams to ensure pricing aligns with shipment requirements and service levels.
- Maintain strong relationships with local and international partners and service providers.
- Ensure all quotations are compliant, clear, and include appropriate assumptions, exclusions, and terms.
