- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in heavier-weight shipments.
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and strategic planning.
- Conduct customer needs analysis and propose tailored logistics solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers; ensure smooth onboarding.
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback to support product, pricing, and marketing initiatives.
- Achieve revenue and profit targets; maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in express logistics, air freight, or transport sectors.
- Experience with heavier-weight or time-sensitive services is a plus.
- Strong hunter mentality with proven prospecting and closing abilities.
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Commercial acumen and understanding of pricing/margins.
- Effective negotiation and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
- Resilient, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems (COMET/STELLAR) and MS Office.
