- Provide first level support (L1) to French and international customers as per Service Level Agreements and internal processes.
- Analyze and troubleshoot customer incidents raised through direct requests or monitoring activities.
- Perform remote monitoring of servers, platforms, and associated equipment to identify and resolve potential impacts on customers' IT solutions.
- Manage customer incidents by handling calls, opening cases, and facilitating communication with various internal teams.
- Participate in the improvement of processes while incorporating customer requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced service environment.
- Possess good knowledge of Unix/Linux and Windows systems to effectively support various security technologies.
- Demonstrate a strong foundation in IT security principles, along with familiarity with TCP/IP, SMTP/POP3, DNS, and Proxy protocols.
- Exhibit expertise in networking concepts and common security products, ensuring a robust support framework.
- Utilize excellent analytic and problem-solving capabilities to address and resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain advanced PC skills and a comprehensive understanding of application knowledge for effective troubleshooting.
- Fluent in both French and English, enabling effective communication with diverse teams and customers.
- Possess excellent customer-oriented skills, fostering positive relationships through attentive service.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and leadership abilities, contributing to a harmonious team environment.
- Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and within deadlines.
