- Provide the first level of support (L1) in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to both French and international customers.
- Analyze and troubleshoot customer incidents reported by our clients, ensuring timely resolution.
- Engage in proactive monitoring activities, offering support to preemptively address potential security concerns.
- Collaborate effectively with L2, L3, and FTS teams to manage incident escalations and resolutions.
- Handle customer communications, including call handling and case management, while maintaining adherence to SLAs.
- Successful candidates will exhibit the ability to work under varying levels of stress and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Flexibility and adaptability to fit into a fast-evolving cybersecurity landscape are invaluable traits for this role.
- You hold a valid CCNA, ensuring a solid foundation in networking principles and protocols.
- Good knowledge of Unix/Linux and Windows environments enables effective troubleshooting and support.
- You have a deep understanding of key networking protocols such as TCP/IP, SMTP/POP3, and DNS.
- Your ability to work under pressure ensures you can address multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Strong IT and communications background paired with exceptional problem-solving skills empower you to handle complex challenges.
- You are fluent in both French and English, demonstrating excellent communication capabilities.
