- Strategic partnership: Act as a trusted strategic partner for all Allianz OEs (your clients) by driving operational efficiencies, delivering value, and ensuring alignment with Group objectives.
- Business growth and expansion: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities for Allianz Services Mauritius by leveraging the existing and potential customer base.
- Decision-making excellence: Apply strong decision-making skills in areas such as process viability, pricing methodology, investment decisions for process setup, and pitching for new lines of business in emerging skill areas.
- Cost and revenue governance: Provide robust guidance, control, and governance over cost and revenue management, ensuring compliance with the cost-plus business model.
- Stakeholder engagement: Lead interactions with senior stakeholders, including Directors and Heads of Business across Allianz OEs, to drive operational excellence, foster collaboration, and identify future growth opportunities.
- Talent strategy and future readiness: Design and implement a forward-looking strategy for upskilling and redeploying the talent base. Anticipate and address technological advancements, such as the automation of repetitive tasks through AI and robotics, to ensure a future-ready workforce.
- Inspiring leadership: Set a clear and compelling vision for your department, aligning teams with long-term strategic goals and fostering innovation and growth.
- Stakeholder management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders incl, your clients, influencing and collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
- Resilience and adaptability: Lead with stability and resilience in a dynamic environment, ensuring teams remain focused and motivated during periods of change or uncertainty.
