- Responsible for managing projects that vary in nature based on solution purchased and complexity of requirements.
- Responsible for contributing to project plans and ensuring project is on time, meets and/or exceeds client expectations and follows internal processes.
- Will work in conjunction with resources within and outside of the team in the completion of an implementation.
- Promotes teamwork among those working on the implementation, developing a working relationship with internal resources, customers, and peers.
- Works independently at resolving project issues and escalating when appropriate.
- Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of Payroll/HR environment as well as exposure to sub-functions (Finance, benefits administration, labour relations, training development, technical environments).
- Conducts preliminary client interviews (needs analysis, gap/fit analysis).
- Translates business requirements into configuration requirements for Dayforce solutions.
- Prepares customers for implementation completion, including training and first live payroll support.
- Tests and documents custom solutions; resolves complex issues using analytical skills.
- Designs and executes system integration and user acceptance tests.
- Ensures quality of implementation (testing, credentials validation, billing/remittance setup).
- Ensures a smooth transition to the service team.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Exposure to basic project management principles
- Minimum 2-4 years in customer service/consultancy, payroll processing, or project coordination
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- SaaS/Cloud experience; HRIS preferred
- Basic understanding of SQL, XML, relational databases
- Experience with systems like Salesforce, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Kronos, Workbrain/Infor, Oracle HR/Payroll, etc.
- Ability to implement HRIS solutions end-to-end
- Strong consultancy mindset (guide stakeholders, follow methodology, deliver solutions)
