- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
- Implement and configure Dayforce's workforce management software to meet client specifications.
- Conduct training sessions to educate clients on how to effectively use the software.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to clients, addressing any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exposure in SQL, and experience in ERP application will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in workforce management or related field is a plus.
